Account Management & Synchronization: To authenticate users via Google Identity Services and facilitate secure data backup and restoration across devices.
Cloud Storage Integration: To provide an optional, encrypted synchronization service using the user's personal Google Drive account.
Service Improvement: To analyze crash reports and technical performance to enhance the Application's stability.
Advertising: To provide customized advertisements to users using the free version of the Application.
2. Items of Personal Information Collected
The Application collects and processes the following categories of information:
A. Information Provided via Third-Party Authentication (Google Sign-In)
Required: Email address, Name, Profile Image URL, and Language preference.
Note: This data is used solely for account identification and personalizing the user interface.
B. Financial Data (User Input)
Amounts, transaction dates, categories, payment accounts (wallets), and personal notes entered by the user.
Storage Mode: This data is stored locally on the user's device. If Cloud Backup is enabled, this data is encrypted and uploaded to the user's private Google Drive.
C. Technical and Automated Collection
Device Information: Device model, Operating System version, and unique device identifiers.
Advertising Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (AAID) used by third-party ad providers.
Usage Logs: Performance metrics and crash data.
3. Data Storage and Cloud Synchronization
A. Local Storage All financial entries are stored in a private database on your mobile device. The Developer cannot access this data unless it is shared by the user (e.g., via the "Share Database" feature).
B. Google Drive Backup (Sensitive Scope) The Application utilizes the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.appdata scope to provide a Cloud Backup service.
Ownership: Data is stored on the user's own Google Drive.
Visibility: Data is stored in the "Application Data Folder," which is hidden from the user's standard Drive view and inaccessible to other applications.
Encryption: All financial data is encrypted using AES-GCM (Advanced Encryption Standard) before it leaves the device. Only the authenticated Application can decrypt this data.
4. Provision of Information to Third Parties
The Application interacts with third-party service providers for essential functions:
Google Play Services: Facilitates authentication, app updates, and internal APIs.
Google Drive API: Provides the infrastructure for the encrypted backup service.
Google Play Billing: Handles secure payment processing for Premium subscriptions.
AppLovin (Ad Partner): Serves advertisements to non-premium users. AppLovin Privacy Policy.
5. Data Retention and Destruction
Retention: The Developer retains account-related information (Email/Name) only as long as the user maintains an active account. Financial data remains on the user's device or Google Drive until deleted by the user.
Destruction: Users may delete all local data via the "Delete All Data" option in Settings. Cloud backups can be deleted by disconnecting the Application from the Google Drive account settings. Upon a user's request for account deletion, all associated records held by the Developer (if any) will be destroyed immediately.
6. Rights of Data Subjects
Users have the following rights regarding their information:
Access & Export: Users can view all data within the app and export it to PDF or Excel formats at any time.
Correction: Users can modify any transaction or category record.
Withdrawal of Consent: Users can sign out of Google services or disable cloud backup to stop further data processing.
Deletion: Users have the right to request the deletion of all data associated with their identity.
7. Protection of Children’s Privacy
The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
8. Technical and Administrative Protection Measures
To ensure the safety of your information, we implement:
Encryption: AES-GCM encryption for all data transmitted to the cloud.
Sandboxing: Using standard Android security protocols to keep the application's local database isolated from other apps.
Minimalism: We only request the minimum permissions necessary for the app to function (e.g., we do not ask for full Drive access).
